Q ： 入会金、教材費はかかりますか？
A ： どのコースもかかりません。教材は、生徒さんがお持ちでない場合は実費で購入いただく場合もございます。
Q ： Do you charge an enrollment fee or material fee?
A ： None of the courses require an enrollment fee. As for materials, if the student does not already have them, they may need to purchase them at actual cost.
Q ： 支払い方法は？
A ： いずれのコースも

レッスン内容相談後、メールで口座をお知らせします。 - paypay

レッスン内容相談後、メールで stripe 経由の請求書をお送りします。
Q ： What are the payment methods?
A ：
- Bank transfer (including Japan Post Bank)
We will send you the account details by email. - PayPay
We will send you the payment code by email. - Credit card
We will send you an invoice via Stripe by email.
Q ： 支払うタイミングは？
A ： レッスン、勉強会、メール質問開始の前までに
- 入金が確認できませんとサービスが開始できませんのでご注意ください
Q ： When should I make the payment?
A ： Please make the payment before the start of the lesson, study session, or email support.
- Note: If payment is not confirmed, the service cannot begin.*
Q ： レッスンのキャンセルは？
A ： 前日の18時までにご連絡くだされば、振替えできます。振替えができない場合の払い戻しはありません。
Q ： What is the lesson cancellation policy?
A ： If you contact us by 6:00 p.m. the day before, you can reschedule the lesson.
No refunds will be given if rescheduling is not possible.
Q ： 無料体験レッスンは？
A ： 無料体験レッスンはありませんが、ご希望があれば、無料模擬レッスンを行います。時間はカウンセリングと合わせて30分程となります。自分が思い描くようなレッスンになりそうかどうか、そこでご判断いただければと思います。
Q ： レッスンに遅刻したら？
A ： レッスンの時間になっても、生徒さんがいらっしゃらない場合、そのまま10分を過ぎますとレッスンを消化したものとなりますのでご注意ください。
※事前に遅刻の連絡があり、講師の時間がずらせるようであれば、臨機応変に対応する努力は致します。
